varied choices updated equipment quick shuttle
the breakfast buffet included many choices. the gym has updated equipment. i enjoyed the quick shuttle service around the resort.
the pool area sometimes got crowded in the afternoons.

varied options excellent service well maintained grounds
I found the breakfast food bountiful with varied options. The staff provided excellent service across the hotel. The grounds are huge and well maintained, it was nice to walk around.

The staff impressed me with their friendliness and genuine hospitality throughout the resort. My premier family seaview room offered a magnificent view of the sea. The hotel provided comfortable and convenient transportation services. I found the breakfast buffet to be really good , with a wide variety of dishes.
Some areas of the hotel seemed a little dated , although they were well-kept.

Staff members were consistently friendly and accommodating , providing assistance with a smile. The hotel's butlers were always available and helped with everything , ensuring all needs were met. They offered prompt assistance with luggage and transportation arrangements.

The room was spacious, clean, and well kept with all expected amenities. The bedding felt first rate and the bathroom was like a spa. My room had a coffee machine , a comfortable bed , and quality toiletries.

The resort features two beaches , one private and the other semi-private , both well kept. An amazing pool included embedded jacuzzis and was fully staffed with friendly waiters. The gym included good equipment , allowing for complete workouts.

the breakfast was abundant. it had many options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel provided convenient transportation to and from the airport. it made the arrival and departure process smooth.
the gym was small and lacked some equipment. i wanted to do a full workout (but it didn't have enough variety). the tv in my room was also small and hard to use. it was difficult to cast content from my devices. some areas showed signs of wear and tear. some furniture seemed a bit outdated.

serene getaway
really good care golf cart speedboat transfer resort area
The staff displayed really good care. nicco and melchor ensured our needs were met during our five-day stay. Their warmth will make us return. i appreciated the golf cart service around the resort! the speedboat transfer from the port eliminated all hassle.
the wi-fi signal had occasional weak spots, especially in more secluded areas of the resort.

the room was modern. it included two separate sinks. it also featured a rainfall shower, which i found very relaxing. bathrobes and slippers were also available.

the resort is right on the beach! it also offers convenient access to a fantastic private beach. the free shuttle bus offered reliable transport to station 2, perfect for shopping and exploring alternative restaurants.

breakfast had an amazing selection. vintara offered enjoyable dining. rima restaurant offers excellent food. the sirena restaurant is also a fantastic choice, with great drinks.

The pool area features twenty loungers! there is also a shaded section. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It is well-equipped. the chi spa provided a very relaxing experience.
